With the industrial advancements and technology improvements that change the world of today, Ubisoft have made the use of the improvements to change the look and feel of the series.

Cote further said, “All those technological changes will make it feel like we are leaving behind the medieval era that we have featured in past Assassin’s Creed games, and moved into the modern age.” and, “There is no better place to do that than in an age of transformation, an age like the Industrial Revolution”.

Something new that will be added into the new game to the Assassin’s Creed series is that players will be given access to the modern weapons and tools of the era, the one tool that stands out is the all new rope dart, which will allow the player to propel you to the top of buildings and can be used as a zipline for the quick escape.
